You can do your part as well! Recycle your outdated medical ID bracelet or necklace. In return, we will send you a Universal Medical ID Gift Card to use toward the purchase of a new medical ID!

How it Works:

All scrap metal from our Production shop, including stainless steel, titanium, silver and gold, is collected and recycled in an effort to reduce the impact of metal mining. Any medical IDs with outdated information are recycled confidentially and securely.

Complete the form below with the information regarding the ID you would like to recycle. After clicking the Submit button you will be taken to a confirmation page. Please print this confirmation page and mail it in along with your old medical ID. Be sure to insure your package or send registered mail. We are not responsible for damages or losses incurred during transit. For your protection, please ship insured.

Your Universal Medical ID Gift Card amount is based upon the metal in the jewelry you return to us. (At this time, outdated medical ID watches cannot be recycled.)
Gift Cards will be mailed within 1 to 2 weeks of receipt of ID.
