Orders may take up to three weeks to complete as our production team carefully crafts your jewelry, based on the selections you make when you place your order. Standard processing is made within 10-12 Business Days at no extra charge. Rush processing is made within one to two business days at an additional charge
We offer several shipping methods for your medical ID. First Class Lettermail takes 10 - 15 business days. Expedited Parcel takes six to eight business days. Xpress Post takes two to three business days. UPS Express takes one to two business days, but cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Orders are shipped from Etobicoke, ON M9C 4V3.
Because your medical ID is personally engraved and cannot be re-used, we cannot accept returns on personalized items.
