How do I redeem my Gift Card?

Select your medical ID online and proceed to the Shopping Cart page. Enter the Gift Card number under the Gift Cards section. The Gift Card number is included in the confirmation email at time of purchase. Click "Proceed to Checkout" and complete your purchase. Or you may call us at 800.363.5985 during regular business hours and place your order with one of our Customer Service representatives.

You will receive your e-Gift Card via email at time of purchase.

May I use my Gift Card and a credit card to purchase items?

Gift Cards may be used in combination with a credit card to complete your transaction.

Do American Medical ID Gift Cards expire?

Your American Medical ID gift card is valid for 1 year following date of purchase.
